Role Summary
Our Product Team drives the planning and execution of Aspire's data-first core platform and APIs. In this role, you will define the overall vision and product strategy of the platform and drive the roadmap. For this role, you will need to have a proven track record of successfully managing an entire core platform in the SaaS and data space, not just key features, and a mind built for creative problem-solving. We're a collaborative and creative crew who are passionate about solving challenging problems. This is a full-time remote role with occasional travel.
As an ideal candidate, you are adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful products in the Government Technology space, and we're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset—ready to contribute across the board, from writing user stories to presenting to customers and prospects.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
Own the product strategy and vision of the Aspire platform, user experiences, and integrations. Translating the vision into an actionable roadmap
Go-to-Market Collaboration
Work with our Go-to-Market teams to evangelize and refine the roadmap and then socialize and release features
Customer Understanding
Deeply understand our customer types and be the voice of the end-users
Feature Delivery
Manage the end-to-end delivery of new features
Documentation & Development
Produce PRDs and specs for new work alongside acceptance criteria, and work with the Engineering team to turn PRDs into development tickets.
Quality Assurance
Work with Test/QA to validate test plans against acceptance criteria
Data Engineering
Collaborate with the Data Engineering to create data pipelines to for both inward and outward movement of data from external & internal sources
Security & Compliance
Be a strong advocate of security and compliance. Ensure all features adhere to Aspire's strict data privacy safeguards and industry compliance standards
KPIs & Requirements
Define and monitor non-functional requirements and KPIs for the platform
User Feedback & Analysis
Leverage internal and external user feedback and competitive analysis of the data platform landscape to understand user needs and synthesize them into product plans

Qualifications
Experience Requirements
Must have 5-7 years product management experience responsible for the strategy and roadmap of multi-tenant, secure, high-volume, SaaS web portals at B2B product companies
Product Mindset
Must have a strong product mindset with focus on repeatability, scale, security, and agility
Tool Proficiency
Experience with product-related tools like Confluence, Jira, Microsoft, DevOps
Documentation Skills
Experience writing epics, stories, and tasks
Quality Control
QA and quality control experience of a best-in-class process
Collaborative Attitude
An attitude that is very proud of your platform/product, and will collaborate but also push engineering to deliver
AI Experience
Demonstrated experience with AI tools, including Figma AI, Canva AI, Lovable.net, Replit, Base44
Compliance Knowledge
Experience operating in environments that deal with sensitive PII data and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Strong proficiency with launching new products and features to markets, while working closely with design, engineering, marketing, business development, and customer support teams
Mobile Experience
Experience in managing consumer-facing mobile apps
On-Call Availability
Able to participate in an on-call role when needed
